Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered an adequate stay for our family vacation, with clean rooms and a good location close to local attractions. However, the facilities were a bit underwhelming, with limited amenities and some frustrating rules that added to our dissatisfaction. The kids loved the indoor pool, which was a highlight for them, but we struggled with parking and the outdated furniture in our unit.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location was great, just a brief walk to Canmore's main attractions, and I appreciated the outdoor hot tub by the pool area. However, the room felt a bit cramped, and I encountered issues with communication regarding parking. Overall, the resort has potential, but it needs some improvements to elevate the experience.
We had a nice stay with clean and comfortable accommodations. The location was great, just a short walk to downtown Canmore with lovely restaurants like the Grizzly Paw. However, the rooms were a bit overheated despite our efforts to cool them down. The service was satisfactory, but parking arrangements could be clearer, especially for guests with multiple vehicles.
We had an amazing time celebrating our 20th anniversary at this resort. The welcome at the front desk was fantastic, and the location allowed us to enjoy beautiful walks around Canmore. The selection of restaurants in town was impressive. However, I have to mention that the pool experience could have been better managed, as safety was a concern during our visit.
We had an incredible family getaway at this resort, celebrating my birthday weekend. The suite was spacious and perfect for our needs, and the outdoor hot tub and water park provided endless fun for the kids. However, the pool entryway felt chaotic during peak times, and some aspects of cleanliness could have been better.
